Remember Westbrook had the same issue as a rookie. Could blow by anyone but couldn't finish. In years prior Winslow was a bit slower. Now he's tuned up his body and flying by people. I'll admit he even looked better (no jhomo). But he seems like he has no control when he gets to the rim
