LA nikkas are Hoover criminals the most vicious set?

I never knew there was a split between the crips until I started researching after nipsey died. And I didnt know Hoovers called themselves criminals instead of crips and wear orange. And they are everybody killers and will put in work on every set not affiliated, and everybody is weary of them because how they get down.

I also noticed that schoolboy q and Nipsey never did a song even though they were cool personally. I feel like if schoolboy did a track with him his own nikkas probably would have been at his neck.
