LA got beaches, good weather and weed and beautiful women and these dudes would rather fight and kill each other over colors and neighborhoods that don’t even belong to them.

when an "out" group is forced to create it's own dynamics for survival..
they form a very authoritative hierarchy that takes "masculine" human roles to the extreme:
provider - hustler - organized moneymaking
protector - enforcer - organized violence
end result is organized crime

I know gangs in south central arent as organized as the bigger organized crime syndicates in the world...
but upper level members of those gangs hold a lot of influence and money making ability...

Thing about it is with the Yakuza, Mafia, etc...they run businesses and gain political influence to further support their operations whether thats trash pickup, unions, loading docks, restaurants, night clubs, porn, etc....... These dudes in LA dont run shyt worth anything. They just out in the street terrorizing folks while being the 4th or 5th wheel in the drug trade. They are the absolute lowest rung of organized crime you can get to, hell to be honest you cant even call it organized crime cause they out there just doing random shyt with no actual goals.
