Wasn't the pilot. The pilot was actually buzzy from what I read. The issue was money. NBC and Sony couldn't come to terms so Sony is shopping it elsewhere. NBC had a down year in terms of revenue so they're not trying to write big checks this season and I'm sure that show, with the two leads and with Bruckheimer producing, costs quite a fukking lot
