They don’t realize this company has connections to studio execs and producers and will getting these songs played in commercials, tv shows, movies, online ads, etc to make these catalogs profitable. I would’ve never given up 100 percent ownership.If it wasn't valuable, why are they trying to buy it all up?
Not saying I agree with them selling but they're also getting ownership in the company too so if their catalog does have value then that means the company's stock will go up. So they're getting cash up front, advisement roles in the company, and stock on the back-endExactly.
