being stupid seems to be the new “smart”…ppl think standing on dumb shyt is something to be admired bcuz it’s not the norm…they misconstrue it with “thinking outside the box”…I almost feel at times that some ppl really believe it’s a sign of “intelligence” if they can argue something ridiculous and not be made to waver when they’re simply just being stupid/stubborn lol
As usual, just a lotta nikkas not knowing shyt and laughing. Here's some bullet points:
- Klay gets 8Ms a year from Anta. Kyrie got more than that AND royalties. He gets a signature basketball shoe and a lifestyle footwear and apparel line.
- Kyrie got complete creative control, something he ain't have at Nike, even tho most of design ideas and marketing came from him, he rarely got credit. You ain't gettin no Spongebob, Bruce Lee and Krispy Kreme collections without his imagination. Nobody was taking any real risks with colorways before Kyrie. That's a fact.
- He has the freedom to recruit other players to join Anta and he'll get paid off that, too. And as CCO he'll have final say on their shoe designs as well.
-Anta owns Fila. It already generates more revenue than some damn Reebok or New Balance. It's right there with Puma, too. They are going after Adidas and Nike. Period. So, why would he sign with a Reebok or NB? They ain't growing.
- SIA collection generated 40 million in SALES, according to the owner. Kyrie is worth more than a 100 million. What EQUITY are we talking about it? If he wanted SIA, he coulda just bought that shyt. That company don't have the infrastructure to make a dent in the basketball shoe market. Kanye ranted and raved about this shyt nearly 10 years ago and nikkas still ain't learned nothing about that blackitty black make-your-own, sell it our your trunk shyt? FOH!!!

Donations are tax write offs to the rich. It’s good I guess but not really saying much..Hero? I already said I don’t think any NBA player is pro black. You don’t get paid 100s of million dollars to be pro black by corporations that are anti black. With that said I’ve seen people put on shirts, put a fist in the air or put hoodies on and be championed as if they really did something. No risk but all the reward of getting pats on the back by the simple minded. I’ll always have more respect for the ones that take their stance no matter the risk.
