It's the other supporting guys who move the needle on whether you got a real chance at a ring or not
He made a very clear reference to fit, not effort. You can't possbly know how someone compliments you after playing a fraction of the season and with the best player being sidelined all year. Beyond that he named 6 guys that are good. Your top 6 usually determines how thing will go. 7th or 8th guys of the bench very rarely if ever are the determining factor for a chip.
