I don't believe LeBron leaves the Cavs next year but is keeping them on edge.

Kyrie wants to be the man. If LeBron leaves, he knows the team won't be that good and his stature will decline. He wants to go to the Spurs or Timberwolves where there's stars and the ability to win.

If LeBron stays, he's forever in the shadow.

Doesn't make sense though cause he takes all the shots anyway. And he basically hit the game winning shot in the Finals last year.
I'd be pissed if I was Kyrie too. In the last two years of the finals he had some absolutely monster games that went overlooked. It went so far as for people to say Lebron carried the Cavs to the title like Kyrie wasn't right there dropping 40 as well. Not only that but it seemed like when Kyrie was going nuts Lebron would become more aggressive and start doing isos instead of falling back and letting Kyrie cook.

All shyt I've been people the last year or so. Kyrie probably figures he has top 10 talent but doesn't get any credit because it all goes to Lebron for helping bring the best out in him. Add in all the short term moves Cavs have made at the expense of the future and it's clear this is a sinking ship so why not get out early.

the whole 'you gotta be the man' stuff doesnt really work when you consider kyrie wants to go to spurs as one of his preferred teams

unless some clowns on here will say that kyrie > kawhi :mjlol:

Kawai isn't a polarizing figure. SA is a great place for Kyrie because he could be the #1 scorer, more popular nationwide while Kawai holds it down as #2 scorer, #1 defender, team leader and the local hero. Kyrie would probably get more glory outside of SA and Kawai probably dont give a fukk about that.

Lol at kyrie having a short list of teams he would like to be traded to.

Without a no trade clause he goes wherever the Cavs trade him lol... shyt if they trade him at all. What options he really have? Not play?

Would you give valuable assets for somebody who you know doesn't want to play for your team ? :ld:

You gon explain the warriors then? what about the trend of minny AND OKC??

Minny is too young & the warrior with kd & Stephen don't have a batman/robin type of dynamic.

It's 1A/1B

Look at kd/Westbrook
Look at Shaq/Kobe
Look at Shaq/penny
Look at Harden/Howard
Look at T-mac/vinsanity

How many stars wanna play the sidekick when they can be that dude?

WOJ on Sportscenter, a big reason was because Lebron didn't commit longer and Kyrie didn't want to risk that
Yeah, I think the "doesn't want to play with LeBron anymore" is bullshyt. I think he doesn't want to play in Cleveland WITHOUT Bron and is wanting to bounce before he does. His averages on points and shooting percentage were the highest this year in his whole career.
