I think the he wants to be the main focal point of the offense stuff is just a smoke screen for "I don't want to play with lebron"...

I think this is more about he knows lebron is gone after this year and is not trying to live in bum ass cleveland and be a lottery team again...and he is legit tired of lebron running that organization, which he clearly does from top to bottom...

Dejounte, Bertans, and Kawhi are the only players I wouldn't trade for him...

But having Kawhi and Kyrie...and you go into next season with maybe 2 max slots available? You could do a lot worse...
If Kyrie wants out because he sees Lebron leaving next summer, that's perfectly fine.

But if he wants out because he feels disrespected or that he's not "the man" on the Cavaliers, then fukk him.

He's a talented player but I really don't think he would make the Spurs championship favorites or anything.

I'll take my chances with the Spurs as they are and deal with the FA pool next summer.

There's rumors that Kyrie is having knee issues already. And you don't tie yourself to an ego with bad knees.
