There's a book "Rogue State" that basically goes over all the shady military-related shyt the US government has done over the last 100 years.
The author clearly has a chip on his shoulder but there's no conspiracy theory shyt and he does a great job of sticking to the facts. All this crazy shyt is documented.
I'll try to grab the book off my shelf sometime and copy/paste the parts about spraying shyt on cities. They tried a LOT of stuff without informing the citizens.
