see the problem i have with kyrie is that he was always going to end up apologizing (which was the right thing to do from the start). he didn't gain any ground by holding out and being petulant about it.
this just adds to the narrative that he's high risk of doing and saying dumb shyt and is difficult to deal with. flat earth shyt, covid consipiracies, trade demands, and this fiasco. and he can't see or doesn't care that it's not just about him. his teammates, friends, fam, business partners all catch strays or grey hairs over his bs too. sometimes dude just can't get out of his own way. hopefully now that he's apologized they can turn the page and move on now.

I hate Amazon mostly because it's a monopoly, but the power people give it by ordering everything from there is fukking wild. They're gonna have to lose a ton of market share or an antitrust lawsuit before they have to worry too much about what anyone says.
It's not like an employee who can get hemmed up by their boss or a media outlet that has to worry about advertizers. Even a normal company has to worry if people stop running their ads or carrying their product....but Amazon IS the carrier and doesn't give a shyt about advertizing. What are they going to do, pull their product from Amazon? Bezos knows not enough people are going to do that to scare him.

Other companies had more than enough time and opportunity to do what Amazon did but they didn't (lookin at you Walmart). They got too comfortable in the present and not looking at the future. Many companies have failed getting fat off the status quo and thinking that shyt will be like that forever and dismissing the new up and coming companies.
I stopped ordering anything from them a few years ago. I'd rather pay more to buy something locally than give money to Bezos
