Nah not technically. Bron's PER was 32 back in 2018. He's only at 29.6 this year.
Which is just around 7th best in his career.
Lets hope these next couple of games he can get back to at least 30

I'd make the case the that shot skewed what actually happened at the end of that game and the game 3 the following year in which KD hit the shot.
People forget that Kyrie was so out of control that he almost threw the ball away when they were up 3 in 2016.
People also forget that after that KD three....Kyrie had the ball with the chance to force a 2 for 1 possession and instead bled the clock out and forced up a terrible 3.
With that said..I do respect Kyrie's confidence tho
