Personnel wise, the Raptors are best equipped out East to beat the Cavs. But it doesn't even matter because they don't think they can beat them, they play shook.

And that's not to say that I think if they had confidence they would be up in the series or anything like that, but the fact is that they've played them 9 times in the playoffs over the last two years and have gotten blown out 6 times. That is embarrassing to say the least

lowry actually played well vs the cavs this post season and overall. demar had one stinker but hes been dong well. the issue is when they trap demar/lowry the safetly valves(ibaka/carrol/powell) have not made plays or stuck open shots.

this is not a team built to beat anybody. you cant win a game in 2017 hitting one 3pt shot in a entire game. they traded away a capable shooter in ross(37% for career) and outside that lowry your only consistent shooter(shot 41% per 7 attempts).
