Same thing with Frye. People expecting Kyle Korver to be Ray Allen find me some playoff footage of Korver winning some games.

Frye was continuously good against the Raptors for 3 quarters and disappeared in the 4th. He couldn't throw a rock in the ocean against GS. I don't expect anything more because he's not that guy and he's never been that guy. Same for Korver. It's a good move for Cleveland, but doesn't make them any more or less of a favorite imo.
