Nah, it got worse when Henchmen tried to extort him and he refused to go for it. That's when his life was truly in danger and he was put into a position to have to align himself with Suge/DR. Him getting with Death Row ain't mean shyt at that point because he was out for revenge for the attempt put on his life. Pac knew he was a dead man when he stood up to Henchmen, DR just provided the worse possible environment because it only accelerated the inevitable.

And that was another situation where he reacted emotionally instead of thinking before opening his mouth or just reacting. The decisions he made & kept making leading up to his death went from bad to worse. He placed himself in all of those positions fam. He could've aligned with Suge but kept of out of the gang shyt..if HE wanted to but was out of control by that point.

that's so not true because after he was shot & sent to prison
several months after in jail, he did an interview with a completely different look - nikka even grew hair on his head and basically said thug life is over and was on the path of righteousness

thereafter suge bailed him out put the battery in his back and as they say 'the rest is history....,

Jail humbles a nikka:francis:u know every nikka have a positive outlook while in jail (not going to make the same mistakes) but once out, back on that bullshyt

Honestly I'm not surprised pac was killed at all. For all my spiritual brehs outchea, we know that the evil that lies in the heart has a lot(really everything) to do with our physical outcomes....success or lack thereof, confrontations and yes, even death. Pac should have never been given that kind of power....but Suge did that, most likely to bait him into staying with the label forever. But pac being picked on for most of his career from police, media and other artists had to make him extremely angry and volatile inside. That is not who you want calling shots in any capacity, especially over murderous gang members. Most of suge's MOB family got executed, pac included...no telling what kind of shots pac called. I knew when he allowed mo-preme to be beaten up he was out his mind. His death as a result of the Vegas beat down was simply reaction to an action, and served as a means to an end.....cuz so many other undeserving were being beat down that we don't even know about. People being jumped, pissed on, slapped (women included:stopitslime:)etc at the studio.....and now we hearing about him wildin on kids:francis:, those chickens come home to roost. After suge and dre fell out, pac saw opportunity to seize power and ground at d-row....and that's what suge wanted anyway. Just a toxic mixture bound to poison.

I blame pac and suge....cuz suge was definitely an enabler. But pac was always wild, and he got gang power and it ultimately destroyed him.

Right....pac is responsible for becoming what he became. His ego allowed his actions and therefore his death. I rock wit pac, but every man must follow the rules.

"Everybody knows Pac changed after being shot, framed, and sent to prison on trumped up charges. He admitted to being more guarded/less tolerant. And honestly, I don't blame the man for moving like a tyrant. If you're surrounded by devils......Hey"

Wait, so if somebody owes you money and you refuse to do anymore work with that person until they pay you that's wrong or not thinking?

I'll give you some situations, but him getting shot in NY was just fukk shyt on the part of Henchmen. Henchmen made the situation by not doing right by people and it just so happened that Pac was a nut that wouldn't accept that type of disrespect. Why isn't Henchmen wrong for being a dishonorable dirtbag that'd liked to extort people? I won't disagree that Pac kept putting himself in worse situations but only after there was no turning back. I think it's obvious that he was at peace with his impending doom anyway. Him signing with Suge couldn't of come without him at least affiliating with that Blood shyt. Plus Southside Crips were affiliated with Bad Boy so that just compounded the problem. shyt was more of a perfect storm than anything else, Soulja Slim said it best two bad mothafukkas just can't get along and that was what got Pac killed.

I'll say the shyt in Vegas shouldn't of happened. That's something you leave for the goons to handle, but Pac ain't give a fukk he was ready to die after he got shot like that. :ehh:

That was all on Henchmen fam; he's dirty for what he he did & to blame for that situation. Why I said Pac placed himself in that position was because he didn't realize who he was talking to or didn't just care. I'm not a street nikka but I knew from my early teen years to know who I was dealing with or talking to on the street. You never know who certain people are or connected to. Pac was in his 20's & had to know that. The way he moved in that situation put himself in danger unnecessarily.

Early 20s though breh, he didn't mature to the point of using more discretion with his moves. I think an older Pac would've said "fukk Henchmen" in a more refined way that both preserves his life and brings damage to Henchmen's music business ventures. But given where 'Pac was at with all the legal fees piling up he just couldn't afford to be extorted and demanded his money on some stand up G shyt in spite of the consequences. I think what we could agree on is that if Pac hadn't of piled up all those cases he would've never been in the position of being so desperate for money that he not only had to lash out at a known gangster, but also allow himself to be lured into a trap on the promises of his due money being there plus a new collab track to work on.

Wow, I've heard of playing devil's advocate but this is ridiculous.

1. Please, between Henchmen tryna make Pac pay for protection while he was making Above the Rim and Tut expecting free verses just cuz he hooked his nikkaz up it's obvious they was tryna run this nikka seeing as how he had a lot of NY rappers already paying him.
2. The set up was about 'Pac poppin off on Henchmen for not getting paid
3. An armed robbery is about a sneeze away from straight up murder
4. Pac shot himself 5 times? :shaq2:
