There's a huge difference between having a difference of opinion in a workplace about how to approach a situation (standing up for yourself) and completely disregarding instructions and going into business for yourself. You can't trust someone like that and you can't work with someone like that, in any workplace. It's not just WWE. Apply that in any facet of life and see where a person ends up.
