Cass deserved it he was told no twice. He was literally told no, went up the chain of command was told no again and did it anyway. That's insubordination. If it was a spur of the moment thing and he was going with the flow then maybe Vince would have looked at it differently but he told him no after someone else in creative had already told him no.

There's a huge difference between having a difference of opinion in a workplace about how to approach a situation (standing up for yourself) and completely disregarding instructions and going into business for yourself. You can't trust someone like that and you can't work with someone like that, in any workplace. It's not just WWE. Apply that in any facet of life and see where a person ends up.
