Not true, depending on booking and how creative fashion the angle im sure people could, the feud just has to be hot enough with a couple of the matches being gimmicked. With Good writing Charlotte and Becky could have done it.

The Wm 17 match bothers me so much that it want from borderline shootstyle, heavy heavy amateur style in the vein of that Brisco/Inoki classic in late JWA to full blown sports entertainment bullshyt on a dime about halfway through.

I feel what you saying but it was because the crowd was NOT ready for that shootstyle and lost interest. I remember having to tell groups of people I was with saying it was "boring" to shut the fukk up because I was enthralled over it. The causal audience wasn't ready for that type of brilliance then so they had to change it up to win the crowd back over.
