Superman is def stronger than goku, but no way can beat goku in a fight. First off superman can't really fight. All he does is throw haymakers and shoot lasers. That might work against braniac but against goku he'd end up looking stupid. He prob wouldn't land a hit on goku since he's def slower than him. I don't even think he'd have to go super sayen unless we're talking about the superman that can pull 5 planets and punch through dimensions
