Disagree with Skip and Steven on this. I agree that IF the pregnancy, snub by the father, and adoption process happened like she said, she gets respect for that.
I disagree with Skips answer to the question, "Why do you think shes doing this?" He said because she loves him.
How does putting this prsonl issue out for everyone to see, show tht she loves him? Thats crap. At bst shes doing it to clear her name in the public, since until now the public just knows that his birth mother gave him up. At worst, shes looking for financial gain. But this is in no way sows that she loves him.
I also disagree with them saying that Colin is somehow being "disrespectful". This is a personal situation and if he chooses not to have contact with her, thats his decision. And they just showed why this is wrong, because through no fault of his own, now Colin is being labeled as disrespectful to his mother.
She doesnt have the excuse of not being able to get a message to him, since she has contact with the adoptive parents.

The father isn't trying to pimp out his son. The father isn't suddenly trying to re-enter Colin's life now that he's famous. Also, lot's of females have one night stand babies. Religious ones, who don't believe in abortions, theres TONS of them.

A lot of "good Christian" girls are quick to pull out that coat hanger too. Since Christianity is driven by capitalism, there is always a church out there that is willing to accept the unchosen ones. Colin didn't ask to be born. Colins mom abandond him, gave him away and wasn't in contact with him for 12 yrs. What the fucc do people expect Colin to do? Welcome a lady who gave him away?
