I think the main appeal of Krokodil is that Desomorphin (mixed with whatever the evil chemists find) is cheaper. But it also lasts shorter (IIRC it lasts 1hr compared to heroin lasting around 4hrs). No way an heroin addict can think that Kroko is Heroin.
