I doubt this will change too much. I bet she still votes for Biden's judges, and that's all I really care about for the time being. It looks like she's trying to avoid getting primaried while courting more donors.

And don't be surprised to see Manchin jump ship in 2024 if the Dems pick up more Senate seats. The right really doesn't want to see the left govern and as you've seen they will do anything to prevent it.
