Maybe they're not black but they both clearly have some black ancestry. We can see it in their phenotypes. French is from North Africa and we know that North Africans are the byproduct of mixing between black Africans and white Europeans. French's phenotype looks very similar to the phenotypes we see in places like Puerto Rico (which is another place where there was a lot of mixing between black people and Europeans).
Rita Ora is from Albania. That region of Eastern Europe is known for things like having a lot of Muslims (which you don't find in other parts of Europe). The reason those people are muslims is because of the Moors. The Moors (who were black men from Africa) were known to have a liking for white women. In particular Eastern Europeans. They imported lots of slaves from that region into North Africa (which is how the Berbers became a mixed population nowadays). They also fukked a lot of the native women in that population. Its why to this day a lot of Balkan regions in Europe have lots of African DNA.
You guys need to learn history. Black people didn't just stay in Africa. We were going into Europe heavy back in the day and mixing with the local populations creating lots of mulattoes. Rita Ora is just one of the descendants of those black men that were fukking white women all over Europe.

I don't know how some people can argue over who someone is or isn't fukking. 
Fine. I never said they were black. I only said they have BLACK ANCESTRY. Race is a social construct and in the parts of the world French Montana and Rita Ora are from, they are not classified as black. Now if they were in the United States during the times of slavery, both would be classified as black. Same thing during Jim Crow. But that's another conversation for another day. I'm not interested in trying to argue that French Montana and Rita Ora should be classified as black in today's America.
All I'm telling you is that they have black ANCESTRY. Its evident from their phenotypes as well as the regions of the world they are from. North Africa and Eastern Europe are known to be regions with lots of African ancestry. In particular male African ancestry. And if you know history you will know how the African DNA got there. The Moors exported lots of white female slaves from the part of Eastern Europe Rita Ora is from. They also fukked a lot of the women there. That is why places like Albania and Kosovo are Islamic regions today and why we see African DNA when people from those places take genetic tests. It also explains why Rita Ora has a the phenotype of a mulatto.
Same thing in North Africa. As recently as one thousand years ago North Africa was black like the rest of Africa. What happened in North Africa is 1.25 million white slaves were taken by the Moors from Europe and brought into North Africa. The black North Africans mixed with these white European women and created the modern day mulatto populations we see in North Africa. Its why a guy like French Montana looks Puerto Rican. That is another part of the world where you had mixing between Africans and Europeans. Its how you get phenotypes that look like that.
