I remember when I got this guide when Final Fantasy 7 came out. I used to read this shyt religiously and I had the poster on my wall throughout HS and college.

Video game magazines and strategy guides were 2 things I miss pre internet days :to:

guides for games?

How is that gonna work? Feels like Kotaku and its network of sister sites have been in a death spiral for the past 5 years or so

I guess like IGN’s walkthrough/guide section. It’s surprisingly deep and helpful. It’s kotaku though, they’ll probably fukk it up

It's been fukked for years since they relied on rage from Twitter to get clicks.

I find it weird places like Gamespot have zero to little imprint on YouTube when there's guys like RadBrad and SkillUp and Angry Joe making a killing on gameplays and reviewing games.
