This is smart. Wonder if any game company does thisWould've already been out if they actually bumped pay, didn't power struggle with employees and just hired more people.
If you have 3 employees, one working 8-4, another working 4-12, and another working 12-8, you have a 24hrs of time going into specific parts of the project.
Yes you'll lose some money but you'll make it back x2 since it's GTA. The last game which came out *10 years ago* is still popular.

They can have staff from overseas. If it's 9am in an Asian country while it's 7pm here, work is still getting done.Labor laws probably wouldn't allow 24hr operation of a non-essential service like gaming
Plus they gotta pay utility bills like everyone else
I feel you...that first Red Dead 3 trailer gonna hit like a ton of bricks thoughI’m not even that hype for GTA 6 to be honest . Rockstar games can be hit or miss depending on the protagonist and storyline. GTA 5 was mid in this aspect and with Unsworth gone it’s really up in the air if they can still deliver. Last GTA game I really liked was 4 and that came out 16 years ago.
