July 22, 2014: Looks like PORSHA WILLIAMS gets the last laugh. Mediafakeout.com learned that Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams is having the last laugh against her ex Kordell Stewart .... because her former husband might be going broke!

Former NFL star Kordell was slapped with a tax lien by the Georgia State of Revenue on May 5th ... for failing to pay taxes for 2012 in the amount of $13,240.88.

The Department of Revenue isn't playing around with their money ... placing a levy on Kordell's assets and property in which they will seize if he doesn't pay them ASAP

Then weeks later on May 30th .... Kordell showed signs he may be in desperate need of some cash ... selling off his Georgia mansion just 4 years after he purchased the home.

The 9,175 sq. ft. mega mansion features 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and even has an elevator.

Kordell sold off the home for 1.75 million dollars and currently hasn't purchased a new home in Georgia yet.
