There is no proper treatment for a Komodo bite. You have to cut out the part that was bit iirc. At least last time I checked but that was years ago.

EDIT: just watched the video, looks like some sort of i closure. The goat looks young and probably never learned to fear anything. Was likely purposefully fed to the Komodo.
