My guess is the sexual assault charge will never be tried, it's been 4 years, and by the time he gets out will be about 6 or 7, plus COVID and the case relying on witness statements and testimony, he probably slides on that with a plea bargain for a lesser charge.

well he isn't an ordinary prisoner and already got cases out on at least the other prison. i don't think most people get transferred so easily (this is like his second transfer) so i think he has a bit more impact than an average prisoner. if he gets killed thats automatically a multi-million dollar lawsuit and probably jobs lost. it would be dumb for them to be so bold but i guess ive seen and heard dumber
