Yeah, Sean works with them all the time. They aren't doing comics though, this is something I conceived and wrote and then approached Sean to illustrate. But definitely check this out, for both of us it's the best work we've ever done.
I just got done reading it. It was cool. What's the vision with this?
I thought it was gonna be some player type shyt then the dude got on his Marcus Garvey tip.
Either way I'm glad dudes are doing their own thing. Imma forward yall's tumblr to my lazy ass lil brother and see if it inspires him to finally do something with his graphic arts degree.

Thanks. The vision is to really just tell a character driven story about themes that I really think about a lot. As far as the book goes, we're trying to build awareness frist on social networking sites and then get it on blogs that have this type of material, or tone.
As far as what you asked in your spoiler tag, I wanted to show how Dashawn's ideas about survival shift from just an individual perspective to something more. And thanks, please forward it to your brother or anyone who you think might be interested.
It's not on iTunes, but there's a PayPal specifically set up for it. Just go to the KOBK site and click the "BUY" button. If you have an issue, let me know. And thanks a lot for the support!
thanks b. a long time ago i did some sequentials. now i've been mainly doing concept design of characters and weapons, some spot illustration here and there.
