Y chromosomes have their own haplotypes that are only present in male offpsring. For the sex chromosomes we have more European influence in Y than X since White men contributed most of our White ancestry (guess how).

Africa began having country borders at around 1870. So its inaccurate to have "Kenyan" ancestry or "South African" ancestry
The real ancestry results should be ethnic tribes. That is the true bloodline. But they know deep down that would take a whole lot of money and resources to get the results of that. So they scam people to think countries that were formed less than 200 yrs ago is a valid report
Like for instance the Igbo tribe in Africa. Yeah they are heavily in Nigeria, but there are alot of Igbos in Benin, and also in Cameroon
Its the same thing when I see "Native American" ancestry. A whole modern term with no ethnic identity and people stay falling for it

Your DNA makeup correlation between siblings-siblings and siblings to parents is the same -- one-half. The difference is for full siblings you have other correlations (like dominance) that you don't have with the parent. This has more to do with genetic variance though so I won't get into it. In the end, because of recombination siblings share only one half of their genetic makeup with each other and share one-half with each parent as well.
Sibling results don't differ usually because of the huge number of SNPs these ancestry sites use. However, statistically you can see some variation if the genes inherited are biased for one sibling. It is rare, but it can happen.
