I just want Kobe to take care of my heart, as I left it with him.

Will I ever feel this way for another player? I doubt it. I probably won't. I won't.

It's been a great journey and I'm lucky and blessed to share this with all of you.

So many great memories. So many tears shed.

I just...cannot believe this.

I'm honored to have seen this man hoop for 20 seasons. But selfishly, it wasn't enough. It's not fair. I'm going to get through this but this will not be easy.
