@ you talking about records, the Lakers are 8-33 in the 41 games he has played. The Gawd doesn't need some self serving farewell tour, Kobe decided to retire once he saw how ass he was and needed a justification for it. That's why he waited until 1 month into the season and 1 day after his 4-20 shyt show to announce it, we was all clowning his terrible performances and he needed the retirement to deflect from it . Duncan doesn't need it, his greatness will stand on it's own right and the season for him wont end in April like it will for Kobe

Kobe would be coming off the bench for the Spurs, he wouldn't be the starter over Green because he sucks on defense, and he wouldn't get time over Manu either I don't need to wait until the playoffs to see Kobe fail since his team is 8-33 when he plays, and he's due for about 3 airballs in his next game. I been eatin so good off this season while you gotta wait and hope, all I gotta do is reserve my table and pull up a chair for the next Lakers game.
