I've empathize with families who have lost love ones. You never want to see or experience it (though it is part of the life cycle). I was really down for a while after Bean passed. Just sucks.
Seeing his daughter and knowing she will never be able to experience him on a personal level just reemphasizes the importance of living your folks while they are here. She never got a chance bc she was too young. We have the opportunity. Love your family and friends. Experience them as much as possible! Moments make memories.
