1. yes. role players and second options decide games. If star on team A scores 30-40pts and star on team B scores 30-40pts then the game comes down to who has the best second options, role players knocking down shots and the bench. A recent clear example of that is KD having a crazy game 7, but Joe Harris missing wide open jumpers late that would’ve won BKN the game.
the stars washed each other out as KD and Giannis both have 40+ . So it’s up to the rest of the team to decide the game.
You gonna act like “Lebron needs more help” ain’t a narrative on the board?
The rest of your diatribe was all speculative.
“you’re too young blah blah blah”
injuries are apart of the game. That’s where depth and having the best TEAM comes into play. The best players may not be in the final four but the best teams are.
The true crux of your angst is in your “ps”. Trae Young is not a star because still benefited from the coli says he’s not… ok
So essentially if the star on team B doesn't score 30-40, team B can't do a damn thing with team A who has a star ? Glad you just broke down why stars decide games and not role players lol. The reason nobody uses the logic your using with role players because role players go the way of the star,if that player is truly a star.
If you want to bring up the final four/college,it would make more sense to say "coaching decides games" then to say some nonsense like "role players decide games smh. That is actually a true statement in the NBA as well.
Stars>>Coaching>>>Role players
If you love role players so much, you would take a team with a deeper bench over a healthy Nets right? Also Trae was just a sidenote of what I had to say,I literally just forgot to talk about him while I was typing, and squeezed it in at the end. Then forgot about him again just now, even though I'm in a thread about his team.
