Now that I think about it, I think so.

Why? :mjpls2:

Overhead press is not to be fukked with breh. I find that form is especially important and if youre standing, that it must be STRICT because of the extra strain on your back. Anything else is trouble. Thats why I either sit down, or I am extra precautionary with the amount of weight I use when standing.

I have had a knot/feeling in the shoulder blade (under the trap correct?) and I have felt it for a month. I'm fukked though I need to see a massage therapist but I'm lazy and I was paying tutition. Now that I;m done with tuition payments I have more freedom with my cash and willl probably do so though..

There are times where it goes away...but let me hit up the bench press, or do some dumbbell rows at a heavy weight and I can feel the strain in my back Also if I have a bad sleep I can feel it...shyt right now i'm leaned against my headboard and using my laptop and I can feel it. .:merchant:

:snoop:

I guess my stretch game wasn't as good as I thought. I've had a "knot" in my shoulder blade for a LONG time. I've tried all the little tricks I found on the Internet: laying on a tennis ball, arm circle stretches..all kinda stuff. Shyt won't go away :damn:

Anyone ever experienced these? They're not sore, but more like a nagging stiff spot between the shoulder blade and spine. Mine is on the left side. It doesn't affect my range of motion or anything. Some days are better than others too.

I think it's also causing my neck soreness.

Help brehs :snoop:
You tried goin to a Dr. nikka. :beli:
