He said the league wants to see NY be successful (which everyone agrees is true) but Thibs is actually talking about the refs not being consistent (with a motive of Trae getting calls that the Knicks aren’t getting) and y’all ain’t sayin shyt about it

And in your response you said Nate's talking about the league while Thibs is talking about refs. Again that's why one was fined and the other one wasn't. Talking about the league (100s of employees) is acting like the league is intentionally going to do something in this series. Especially saying it before one game is played. Talking about the refs you are talking about 3 people being bad at their job not intentionally doing anything. Especially when it's specific to one game after it was played.
