At this point Amare is a luxury for the Knicks, they can win without him, but if he can come off the bench and even give them 12ppg they are going to be ridiculous.

Exactly. Knicks were 8-1 w/ Amare n Melo WITH woody as coach. D'Antoni was the problem there. Its not as if we're asking Amare to come back and save the season --- we just need contribution. This idea that he is going to wreck the team is just wishful thinking by the haters.
