This. I get that he's young and his agent is a sort of guide to him, but níggas need to have some sense. You're a young adult getting serious money to play hoops against a bunch of guys that don't have your level of talent. Dominate there for a couple years at minimum (if you're not pro-readh after your freshman year), then declare.

Being a number one in HS doesn't mean you're going to be a quality college or NBA player.
This has nothing to do with the Agency. If he was playing like a lottery pick in College he would've been drafted in the first round, whether he had representation or not.
