We're in the future now and some pro-black militants believe we don't own as much as we did back then. Back then we had black banks, schools, hospitals, whereas now we go to mixed facilities and are treated lesser
only thing I can think of is much like Malcolm X (who sided with white nationalists that wanted separation), those panthers are for it. black for blacks and white for whites. Malcolm never wanted integration, he wanted a designated part of the country for ourselves and for them to stay out of our business, and vice verse for them. It was more of a mutual agreement of segregation, he felt integration was wrong and would weaken the black community.

I'm not with the internet sh*t, I'm talkin' real life. Black people are marginalized EVERYWHERE. I never denied that. You can go to Mexico, and find a Mexican that don't f*ck with other Mexicans, a Mexican that don't f*ck with blacks, and a Mexican that don't f*ck with whites. What does that have to their supposed pride in their Spanish ancestry? It's like you're saying marginalization of black people = pride in CAC ancestry. That's not the case. I guess during the black gang/mexican gang beefs in LA the mexican gangs did it to honor their spanish ancestry in the form of la raza

I used Mexico because they have very small black population here, if there should be xenophobia anywhere in Latin America it should be there, where there isn't such a high admixture in relation to places like Panama or Colombia. FYI, Mexico accepted crazy amounts of displaced Haitians after the earthquake in Haiti, they didn't have to do none of that. The policies of a few dictators from the 50s don't make up the attitude of an entire nation breh. I feel sorry for you because your lack of knowledge is preventing you from getting to know some cultures with incredible history and rich traditions. Everybody in Latin America is on their OWN sh*t, their own traditions, you actin' like people eatin' paella and singing bolero in the streets here
