A Black woman can love and support Black men - individually and as a whole - and still be dealing with being hurt and/or bitter.

The issue is SOME BW choose to go online and talk shyt aka attack BM due to them not being healed and angry/hurt/resentful/jealous.

And it goes BOTH ways - SOME BM will do the same thing as BW. But, those BW/BM still will tell you they love BM/BW and the BM/BW in their families and friendship circles. They just chose to get off that negativity online. Which I don't agree with either way and on both sides.

I have seen this type of thinking on and offline on different occasions(even on this forum). And that's not to dismiss that alot of users online can be "sleeper"posters but, many times than not they share the same skin color as me and you.

At the same time, I don't really think it's much that can be done for BW and BM like that. You can try to educate someone or encourage them to learn more about history and their personal family history/story - but if they don't want to - or feel like it's nothing to learn - then sometimes it's best to ignore and don't entertain.

People have some deep personal issues around skin-color/colorism, hair types/textures, features and not being chosen or liked by a certain type of man or woman that just eats at them --- and causes self-hate and hate of others like them.

And it's not even just colorism/texturism, you also have cats online saying dehumanizing statements about lower class blacks or blacks in poverty basically preaching eugenics to folks calling continental African mud hut " spear chuckers" and slave descendants lazy "cotton pickers". It's bad enough that non blacks talk about us like that but to have people who we share the same race as talk like that doesn't make matters any better. I'm really thinking about taking a break from social media as a whole because mentally it's really starting take a toll on me and how I see everyday black people I meet.
