Breh, that doctor took a young apprentice to go feed the zombie king and when the zombie king offed the kid, instead of burning the corpse - the doctor took the body back to his clinic "for a funeral". that random kreh then decided to just go in the box and chop the corpse up and made ramen with it and served it to the hungry people at the clinic
the crazy part is he didn't even eat that shyt himself 
so now I'm on episode 6 seeing this kreh running around headshotting zombies with a musket like he isn't the reason this shyt spread in the first place
