I've been telling nikkas for years 🤣 🤣...

When you're used to being around certain types of people, you can identify guys pretty easily. This applies to any walk of life, not solely the streets...

This doesn't mean Durk is a chump. But there's a difference between a nikka being a chump, and a nikka who was just simply around...

Lotta people dislike Yella so they'll question it but given I had this analysis from afar, it makes sense to me. You can just tell Durk wasn't no nikka knocking shyt down coming up...

"Street nikkas" and "gangstas" are terms that have been misapplied and b*stardized since the rise of drill, since the 2010s. Everybody who can play the part gets said to be the part, but that's not actually how nikkas look at shyt outside...

I don't believe Durk to be a p*ssy but he's not a gangsta and he didn't come up doing the shyt he did as a celebrity, before he became a celebirity. Certain shyt you just know...

Pretty much. All these nikkas Durk, Reese, Keef, etc. were all street nikkas before the music.

Keef apparently is the smarter one of the bunch and he was the main one acting a fool. Nowadays, u rarely hear him in any trouble.

Reese had so many close calls in the past couple years also. Now he’s locked up.

Now Durk is gonna possibly do the time that Young Thug was/is gonna do.

When you’re blessed with an opportunity, you’re supposed to change up and never look back. It’s backwards how many rappers wanna still remain in the streets after making it big.

Durk was blessed with a another chance after the Def Jam situation didn’t work out and didn’t take it seriously.

This is a backwards thing tho.

Durk was a bd well before rap. Was getting trouble, got sent to Michigan as an early teen for being in the streets and his family in Michigan sent him back for being in street stuff there.

His family said he influenced his older brother to get into the streets when he moved back also.

Just cause you ain’t king von don’t mean you just some lame also.

Most street dudes ain’t killers, but guys will kill you to survive if put in the situation.

King yella is not even from where they from. He’s from a whole different hood and started handing with duck after drill had blown up just looking to be around them.

Even still I don’t believe durk was ever the one actively looking to go on drills. Which is most guys. But that don’t mean they don’t do shyt in the heat of moment.

Reese also tells a story about losing in a dice game and he finding homies to go rob the dude he loss to afterwards and durk did it.

I mean....didn't OTF and all them literally spend a decade mocking yella's crew about dropping bodies :hubie:

wasn't yella wishy washy talking about well....technichally I wasn't from that block etc etc when people were still outside... :francis:

I'm not a gang breh but like you from a rival set.....what u expect him 2 say :beli:

He always act like he the OG and durk and von some young brehs who was nobodies.

they(von n durk) had more musical success which is all I care about....but I mean.....Yella talked down about his own people when they were the ones feeling the pain in real time.

All those FBG guys had 2 deal with the consequences and got slumped etc......and then Yella would be like....well "technically we not from the same block" "They was just youngins" and shrug it off.

but than at the same time wants to claim them and attach them to any type of success and clout they had....despite literally being victims.

honestly he seems like a POS all around and stands on nothing.

only cares about himself.

And on top of that, durk was a trophy for his opps to kill and he still was living in chi, barely had money getting caught with guns on hood blocks. You never really even hear durk talking like he himself is this big tough guy either, but he was in a gang war and he stood on all ten toes for his dead guys when he coulda left when he had his.

Some will say that’s stupid for sure. But not of the shyt he was doing was out of greed or just trying to be a crime boss for his own reasons. It was to avenge dead members in a war that meant a lot of the guys who was in(in reality it didn’t mean nothing and nobody won)

Durk, Bibby, Hebro, all of them spit a lot of bars about there being no OGs around giving guidance and all that.

So its funny to hear someone like Yella pretend like he was that type of figure where literally only his youngings were the one who got knocked off and he could care less.

How u claim people then deny them at the same time :what:

And that shyt was taunted forever.

Yella talk out both sides of his mouth all day.

From my experience and it seems to remain true to this day.....these "oldschool" jail guys just cap all day. they really don't like that people younger then them came up and had more success. so all they can do is make up stories about how the generation after them that had way more success is not real.

Its gotta suck to be living in some shytty 2 bedroom apartment and seeing these younger brehs living well; but that doesn't authorize hate.

it really fukkes them up when they come home and want clout and nobody cares and they don't get an ounce of respect.
