:whoa: Carlitos Way is a classic , shyt is Pacinos best work besides Godfather

Carlito Brigante a fukking legend in the streets

I enjoy watching Carlito's Way but Pachino's performance was unintentionally funny to me; at times his acting in it just seemed corny to me. :whoa:

But Walken as Frank White was a believable character. shyt, just the whole flow of that movie was better to me. :ld:

Brian DePalma is not that great of a director to me

haven't seen KONY in a long time

Yeah, he's never really impressed me at all either.

You need to go back and watch King of New York again. I might have to watch this shyt tonight:wow:

King of New York but only by a small margin. Chris Walken & Larry Fishburbe were dynamic. Even had a pre Nino Brown Wesley as a cop. King of New York was a bit more darker cause even though Frank White wasn't "reformed" he still wanted to live the life. Where as Carlito Brigantte wanted to leave the life for good but had to end up doing a favor for an annoying lawyer (Sean Penn's performance was above over the top).

'when benny blanco popped carlito, i shot the screen' :wow:

side note, i cant cosign this. king of new york was corny as fukk to me :dead:

entertaining movie, but CW >>>>

"How Sway?" :wtf:

If anything Pachino's came off like he was playing a skit or a parody in Carlito's Way if you ask me. :manny: where as Walken seemed like real character.

I don't know, Carlito just felt like caricature at times to me.

when walken busts out that dance :dead:

fishburne's over-acting :dead:

but yeah, it wasnt exactly the role of pacinos career :heh:

The dance was funny and on point. It made him human. Bruh had just gotten out, hadn't seen his friends in a minute and was happy/celebrating. :russ:

Fishburne did good. He was a live wire. Bruh was suppose to be crazy and over the top. I will admit tho, his death scene was the definition of over acting. :francis:

King Of New York is good with some great scenes but Carlitos Way is better.
Carlitos Ways biggest problem was his choice of woman...even in the garbage prequel he had a better looking lady.

Yeah king of New York has scenes but it's never worked for me as a whole. Can't get with you on this one homie. Carlito's way is a straight up classic. King of New York doesn't quite come together.

Now had you said the untouchables then maybe you'd have something
