ive always wondered, when weed is legalized nationwide, and it will be eventually, will those of us with weed possession charges on our record get those expunged? i dont have my hopes up...

I think after legalization nationwide it will be brought up and any nonviolent marijuana related charges will be expunged. Nonviolent felons are already having their right to vote automatically restored automatically as authorized by the governor. Basically one step closer my brother.
