I would think Joshua is encouraged after watching this fight. If Ortiz was a better athlete (stamina, speed), this could have ended differently.

Ortiz would box circles around Joshua. He's far and away the most skilled Heavy in the division AND a better athlete than Joshua. Faster hands and feet. Better footwork and head movement. Better techniqiue. And Wilder neutralized him at range for most of the fight. Wilder clinically picked apart and stopped the best Heavy in the division tonight.
