Those of you that don't know...I am a cripple and I'm tryna get back in shape before my disability took over my life.

I was back in the gym hard-core then my disability got really bad and could walk the mile to the gym no more plus I had to focus on my art. But I'm back.

*Be so glad when I'm Fat adapted, energy levels aren't organic. I feel good tho...still no brain fog, but man these cramps tho. Water intake is 3-4 gallons/day and I waterlogged before and after workouts.
