No. Koreans mostly eat pork, beef, chicken, and fish. Sometimes, dogs are eaten as well, but it's not really commonplace. I've never heard of anyone, Korean or not, eating cats. Cats are mainly considered as indoor pets in South Korea. Some Koreans use cats to get rid of rats in places like traditional Korean markets.
