I highly doubt she makes the topics. Cam makes the topics, you can tell because for the most part he is informed on the subject beyond the surface level. Stat doesn’t do much at all. It seems she just reads the topics and has very little relevant info and can’t clarify anything when Cam and Mase get thrown off.

The “Oh it’s great Cam giving a young black woman a chance” phase is over. She needs to show she trying to do the damn job.

Nahhh Cam actually said a few episodes back( I forget which one) that Stat actually brings the topics to them before the show and they go over them.

Have you ever heard Molly speak? She’s annoying and never has anything to say other than interrupt SAS and Shannon with her quips that aren’t even relevant to what they’re discussing… Stat on the other hand is being asked by her bosses to have more input and as a young black woman we want her to to well but she’s fukking up

Molly is terrible too. People don’t want her to shut up because she is talking about the subject too much, we want her to shut up for two primary reasons……….

One she has no clue when she needs to move to a different topic and when she needs to let Stephen A flow. Way too often Stephen A has to say “hold on a minute Molly let me say this”……right as he is going into a point people actually want to hear. She tries to change the subject on her own whim, often when Stephen A is cooking her for saying something incredibly stupid.

Two she tries to push her own agenda as a legit sports argument when it’s based on absolutely nothing but emotion. Stephen A will be discussing something someone said or did and instead of disagreeing with an actual point she will say “Well im gonna stick up for Tom Brady”, or “I’m always team ladies so I disagree”. Saying I’m “team ladies” adds nothing to the discussion, it in fact frames Stephen A and Shannon as being “anti ladies”.

It is not even about "improving", it is her fukking job. How hard is it to take the topics that will be brought up, do research on them, write up notes and then communicate it to the hosts? It is not as if she is being tasked with being the lead producer or some other senior role, so she should of been ready to go from the first episode she was on.
