Yeah I was hoping her voice would be different from iiwii since she isn't just presenting topics but nope it's that same robotic horseshyt. I like stat cuz she's pretty and plays her role well on iiwii but her show is gonna be bushes status with the quickness if she doesn't figure out how to act natural in front of the camera.


Like y'all said she's only 22 and it's just the first episode but the pilot has always been most important in television. Streaming doesn't always follow the same rules but I still think your first ep is hella important. She's got potential though so I'm hoping she can figure it out but that robotic shyt had me turn it off 2 minutes into the episode.

I mean, even if this fails it’s good for her. Hell, it may be better if she does fail. It’s the start of her career, her FIRST shot at her own thing, she has nowhere to go but up either way. She’s just gonna improve.

Doing it solo really is dependent on the segments you have... They have to let her be more free with showing her personality, and not just s to the t to the a to the t.

Plus, she should not be so sports centric. She could flip stats about women of color in real life and put her spin on it.

I.e. Recent graduate, highlight black women graduation rates

Maternity issues.... Black women on average are 3 times more likely to have an adverse experience during childbirth... Etc

Cam and Mase might not be the best ones to give her advice in branching out. And I doubt she wants to be a career Molly Qerim...
