Above average demands of excercise which isn’t saying much for America. Medellin Colombia has the fittest women ive seen by far. Most people there are in shape and walk a lot.
Im a fit breh and i did one of the hardest hikes of my life and at the top i see a whole ass fitness playground of colombians getting it in working out and do calisthenics/plyometrics

but that being said he's right, on the Kenganda channel there was a Repat Family that chose Uganda over Ghana for several reasons.
There's tons of channels of people devoted to repatting that talk about bad experiences in Ghana.
