This is what Fred Hampton wanted to do in Chicago. He wanted to unite the black gangs of Chicago and have them merge with the Black Panther Party in Chicago. It would have been a 15,000 man army. Imagine that. A 15k heavily armed black militias patrolling the black neighbor hoods of Chicago while questioning any pig that comes into the neighborhood why they are there. I still believe this must be done. Jews in NYC have their own police force and NYPD rarely go an patrol in their neighborhoods. They only ask for help is when a major crime was committed or to protect the synagogues during Jewish holidays. They have a national fund to fund the police force. Black people would have to be organized in order for something similar to happen. A national fund is set up to recruit,arm,train and pay this security force. Also a national fund to provide education,food,clothing to black people who are struggling to get their support. Basically the Hezbollah model.
